Under the guidance of municipal government departments concerned, during 20 years of operation, the Overseas Study Port of the Center has entered into cooperation with over 600 schools and institutions of higher learning in 21 countries and regions in the world; has been keeping in close contact with consulates and cultural, educational, and business organizations of relevant countries in Shanghai; and have successfully guided more than 40,000 students to study abroad, the annual number of students served by us is at the top of the list. 

The Overseas Study Port of the Center has nearly 100 professional overseas study consultants, including 12 masters and 25 elites returned from overseas, who have provided students of Shanghai who have opportunity to enter the world-famous universities for further study with all-directional services with their rich work experience, standard operation process, schools of distinguished brands and considerate after-service. In 2002, under the guidance of Shanghai Education Commission, an integrated investigation of 14 legal overseas study agencies was made by an authoritative organ: the Center’s Overseas Study Port was awarded the first place in degree of credit, satisfaction of charge of fees, service ability, service quality, general satisfaction, and integrated ability.

The Overseas Study Port established Japan representative office in Tokyo, Japan in January 2005 to provide students studying in Japan with considerate follow-up service.
